Get Your Feet Ready For Summer.

Hey guyz,

Whats up, we're talking Sore,Cracked and Stinky Feet today, no need to scrunch your nose...it can happen to even the best of us..lol.

I have four simple home remedies you can use to get rid of this annoying business before you know it...so you can rock those sandals, flats and slip ons with all confidence this Spring/Summer.

Well lets begin...

OILS: Hot and dry usually make our feet dry out and crack up, so oils like vegetable oils, coconut oils,or olive oils are one effective home remedy you can use. Just scrub your feet with a pumice stone, rinse and apply any of these oils all over your feet. If you do this at night you can put on a clean pair of socks and leave them on overnight. This will help remove calloused and dry skin.

VASELINE: This is another effective home remedy. Just apply liberally all over your feet, put on a clean pair of socks and allow to soak in. Do this severally during the week to leave your feet feeling smoother.

SALT WATER BATH: Also you can add some Epsom salt to warm water and just soak your feet for 15minutes. Wipe clean and then apply lotion. Also works great with vaseline, just wipe feet clean after soaking with the warm salt water and apply vaseline generously and then put on a clean pair of soaks.

LISTERINE AND VINEGAR SOLUTION: Add equal amounts of listerine and Vinegar with a little warm water and soak your feet in it for just 10 minutes. After taking them out, wipe clean and watch the dead skin practically wipe off.

Doing this simple steps repeated over a period of time will completely heal your feet from any blackened or discolored skin and leave it feeling fresh and thankfully, without smells lol.

You can also get a prescription from your pharmacist to help but why spend money when it totally cool to DIY at home.

Hope you enjoyed this.

Inspire.
